We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Administrative Assistant. Come to join us.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
• Manage and facilitate the flow of information within the team.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Handle telephone communications, including answering calls, relaying messages, and managing inquiries.
• Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and other documents.
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:• Completion of high school or higher
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Ability to multitask, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Client focus, Time management
