Location :Various locations in lower mainland as per business contacts based on primary business address A113-2099 Lougheed Hwy Port Coquitlam,BC,Canada-V3B 1A8
Wages : $ 42.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Starts as soon as possible

Requirements :
Fluency in English language is required .
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required .
3 years to 5 years of related work experience OR a diploma /degree/ course /apprenticeship program in the related field is required.
On site : Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting
Job duties:
- Set up HVAC systems -heating, cooling, and refrigeration units in homes or commercial buildings.
- Repair & Maintain systems and perform regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Routine Checks that include Inspection of systems for wear and tear, clean filters, and lubricate moving parts.
- Diagnose problems using tools and testing devices.
- Swap out faulty components like motors, compressors, or valves.
- Read Blueprints/ Understand technical drawings and specifications to guide installations.
- Cut, connect, and seal pipes using welding or brazing equipment.
- Use specialized tools to check for refrigerant leaks and system performance.
- Adjust controls and settings to ensure optimal operation. Provide cost and time estimates for installations or repairs
- Ensure all tasks meet building codes and handle refrigerants with care to maintain safety and environmental compliance.
