Specific Skills
- 1. Prepare and cook pizzas, including preparing dough, sauces, cheese, and fresh toppings according to Pizza Delight recipes and quality standards.
- 2. Prepare and cook other menu items such as garlic cheese fingers, panzerottis, pasta dishes, salads, appetizers as required.
- 3. Portion, assemble, and cook food while ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- 4. Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- 5. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring food items for daily kitchen operations.
- 6. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations.
- 7. Inspect food supplies and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor or manager.
- 8. Receive, store, rotate, and label food supplies following proper food handling and storage procedures.
- 9. Assist in maintaining inventory of food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- 10. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies while preparing and handling food.
- 11. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
