Duties: 

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Select products and services, set pricing and implement store policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate the purchase of materials and merchandise.
• Supervise staff, assign duties and monitor their performance.
• Prepare budgets, approve expenses and monitor store sales and revenues.
• Recruit, train and retain store employees based on business needs.
• Monitor customer demand, market trends and competitors to support sales growth.
• Implement local marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns.
