Financial Services Associate – Part-Time / Flexible

Allegiance Wealth Team is looking for motivated, coachable individuals interested in developing a career or additional income stream within the financial services industry.

In this role, you will learn how to work with individuals and families to better understand their financial goals and provide education around areas such as budgeting, financial protection, savings, investments, retirement planning and long-term wealth building.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in structured training and mentorship
• Learn financial concepts, products and planning fundamentals
• Meet with individuals and families to identify financial needs and goals
• Educate clients on available financial strategies and solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop communication, leadership and business-development skills

What we are looking for:

• Professional, dependable and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward personal goals
• Interest in finance, business, entrepreneurship or helping others
• Previous financial-services experience is not required

Training & Licensing

Full training and mentorship are provided. Candidates must complete the applicable provincial licensing requirements before conducting regulated financial-services business.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a performance-based, commission-compensated opportunity rather than a fixed hourly or salaried position. Flexible part-time and full-time paths are available depending on the candidate's availability and goals.

Applicants should be comfortable with a results-driven environment and interested in building their skills, client base and financial-services experience over time.
