  • Facilitating daily learning and play-based activities, including storytelling, music, creative arts, outdoor play, and structured educational activities;
  • Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s developmental progress, interests, and individual needs, and adapting programs accordingly;
  • Communicating regularly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding children’s development, progress, and daily activities;
  • Monitoring children for potential developmental or behavioral concerns and documenting observations as required;
  • Supporting children in developing appropriate self-care skills, routines, and positive social behaviors;
  • Collaborating with and, where applicable, supervising other early childhood educators and assistants to ensure consistent program delivery and a high standard of care.
