 Duties:

• Manage and schedule the work of individuals who operate trucks.
• Create a work schedule and coordinating work with other departments.
• Resolve workplace issues and suggest ways to boost performance.
• Provide training in job duties and safety measures.
• Recommend personal actions like hiring and promotions.
• Resolve work related operational issues.
• Make budget, work-related reports and monitor the spendings.
• Ensure that safety procedures are properly followed.
