Responsibilities

Tasks

• Prepare dough for bread, pizza, sandwiches, manakeesh, rolls and sweet goods, wood oven pizzas according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
• Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Organize and maintain inventory, purchase baking supplies.
• Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Schedule staff, inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Bake mixed doughs and batters. 
• Draw up production schedules.
