Job Duties:
- Plan, organize and manage operations of Pizza store
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, drinks, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Hire and train food service staff
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Education requirements:Secondary School Diploma
Experience requirement: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field
