We will provide:

- Minimum of 30 hours/ week throughout your employment period

- Paid Vacation of 10 days each year or 4% of salary

- Pay Range from $35 - $37 per hour

Duties

  • Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data. Processing receipts and purchase orders.
  • Ensuring smooth flow of information within the various departments (Sales, Supplied and Marketing) to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support HR functions by assisting in staff onboarding, maintaining employee attendance records, applicant tracking records, and preparing reports for management.
  • Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Overseeing the restaurant supplies and services, including restocking and purchasing ingredients, equipment and food supplied as required by the team.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings with customers, and vendors
  • Ensure timely documentation of staff records, including contracts, performance evaluations, leave requests, and training logs.
  • Manage the restaurant payments within approved expense limits and make sure that they are made within reasonable time to ensure business continuity (food supplies, cleaning services, utility bills (power, water, Wi-Fi, security etc.)
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding the pricing policy for parties, events etc.
  • Makes recommendations regarding office administration and HR procedures; suggest and help implement changes.
  • Manage internal staff relations and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

 Requirements

  • High School education completion required
  • Minimum six months of relevant experience
  • Ability to work legally in Canada
