Duties

  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of supply chain departments.
  • Coordinate with the production team to schedule procurement and material production efficiently in terms of cost and time.
  • Manage inventory of materials and parts necessary for construction and administrative operations, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
  • Supervise the acquisition of supplies and services, aligning purchases with business strategies and cost optimization.
  • Negotiate and coordinate pricing and terms with subcontractors and vendors, supporting competitive bidding strategies.
  • Maintain and monitor financial and contractual documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment records, ensuring compliance and logistics processes.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of reports on work progress, material usage, production rates, and other key metrics using software digital systems.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance related to safety standards, ISO requirements, and COR2020 certification, ensuring the company's eligibility for regulated contracts.
