We provide a comprehensive range of book publishing and book marketing services that are suited for today's authors, from editing and cover design to distribution and marketing.

To join our expanding team and assist in promoting our authors' books through both traditional and digital channels, we are currently seeking a talented and motivated book marketer.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute book marketing campaigns for a variety of genres, focusing on Amazon, Goodreads, and social media platforms

  • Create strategic marketing plans that align with author goals and target readership

  • Manage paid advertising (Amazon Ads, Facebook/Instagram, BookBub, etc.)

  • Collaborate with design and editorial teams for promotional materials and assets

  • Write compelling copy for blurbs, ad creatives, email newsletters, and press releases

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting to clients and internal teams

  • Build and maintain strong author relationships, offering tailored marketing guidance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in book marketing, digital marketing, or publishing

  • Strong understanding of Amazon KDP and online book sales strategies

  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms and performance analytics tools

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for books and helping authors succeed
