Asset Language: Chinese (The household primarily communicates in Chinese and speaks limited English. Applicants who can speak Chinese will find it easier to communicate. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment: Employer’s home, non-smoking
Target Audience: Elderly, males, persons with a disability
Administer bedside and personal care
Administer medications as directed
Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing
Support clients with regular exercise (e.g., walks)
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Provide personal care and monitor well-being
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Required Certificates:
First Aid Certificate
Personal Support Worker Certificate
Security & Safety: Basic security clearance, drug test
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Personal Suitability: Dependability, reliability, organized
