Job Duties:
- Plan and organize operational logistics within the organization
- Coordinate tasks and activities across departments and work units
- Assign, schedule, and review work for vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
- Establish priorities and develop detailed work plans
- Organize and oversee tasks to ensure efficient completion of work orders
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned duties
- Review material requirements and adjust type and quantities for production, construction, and projects
- Ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and computer systems
- Verify the accuracy of timesheets, payroll records, and related reports
- Train staff on job responsibilities, procedures, and company policies
