Kytero Consulting Inc. is a consultancy company aiming to build a better working world. We work timelessly to help smart people in smart organizations develop and succeed. We are in need of an “Operations Supervisor” for our organization.

Position: Operations Supervisor

NOC: 12010 

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (32 hours per week)

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $37/ hour

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.

Location: 5 Montpelier St Suite 314 Brampton ON, L6Y 6H4

Main Duties:

• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Provide feedback to the team members, and ensure smooth operations and quality assurance to maintain high standards of service.
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work-related problems
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work by planning project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns,  consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Skilled needed: Computer and Technology Knowledge, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.

Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgment, Organized, Team player.
