Wendy’s Restaurant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Brandon, Manitoba location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.
Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations
Monitor revenues and control labour costs
Monitor and evaluate staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Set and manage staff work schedules
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Supervision:
Responsible for supervising more than 20 employees
Education:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year program)
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Language:
English
Work Setting:
On-site position (no remote work option available)
