Overtime: 1.5 times the normal rate as per provincial regulations.
Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis

Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Location: 456 Wharncliffe Road South, London, ON N6J 2M9

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Ensure all food and service meet quality control standards and Subway operational guidelines
• Train staff in job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service procedures
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to maintain efficiency and service standards
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and check deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, including food preparation areas, dining area, and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in food preparation and service when required
• Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and reconciliation
