• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address deficiencies.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff and labor workforce.
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts to keep projects moving smoothly.
