Salary: $36.25 hourly/ 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form cabinet components accurately.
- Develop and interpret custom cabinet specifications to optimize storage functionality and design efficiency.
- Shape and refine wood surfaces and edges using hand tools including planes, chisels, and wood files for precise finishing.
- Train and guide apprentices in woodworking techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to accurately produce required wooden products.
- Fit, align, and assemble wooden components by trimming joints and reinforcing structures to create complete cabinet units.
- Sand, finish, and polish wooden surfaces while applying veneer, stain, or laminate materials for final product completion.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace by following occupational health and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior workers to ensure efficient workflow and quality output.
- Repair, refurbish, and modify wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products to restore or enhance usability and appearance.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 Month to less than 7 Months of experience is usally required.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Handle heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Exhibit punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
