Tornado Building Maintenance Corporation which provides janitorial services is looking for 1 cleaning service manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a commercial and industrial cleaning company providing services such as facility cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning.
• Establish and implement policies, cleaning procedures, and quality standards for staff.
• Plan and manage budgets, equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints and resolve service issues.
• Manage contracts related to marketing, advertising, and service agreements.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff and team leaders.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent, weekday, weekend, evening, night.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 or more years of related experience or as a cleaning supervisor
Education: High school diploma
Language: English
Wages: $36.60/hour (32 hours a week)
Annual wage: $60,902.40
