- Wages: $ 22 / hour (for 30-40 hours per week)

Job requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- Minimum one year of related experience required.

Tasks
- Supervising and overseeing crop-related operations such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
- Coordinating and supervising general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Developing work schedules and establishing operational procedures
- Ensuring adherence to farm safety protocols
- Maintaining quality control and production records
- Keeping accurate work documentation
- Hiring and training farm staff
- Performing general farm tasks as needed
