About the Role:
As a Customer Service Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers, resolving their issues with professionalism and care. This position allows you to work remotely from your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Listen actively and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions and update customer records as needed.
Requirements:
- Have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Good communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Payment:
- Hourly rate starting at $15 per hour (may vary based on client opportunity).
- Payment will be made twice a month, on the 15th and 30th.
