Job description:
We are hiring an experienced food service supervisor who can perform following duties:
- Supervise and check food deliveries & orders on delivery apps.
- Ensure food service and quality control as per restaurant standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff that prepare and portion food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on inventories and schedule of staff.
- Training new hires and implementing new procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure staff is following food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance and assist in performance management.
- Balance end-of-day and create deposits.
Salary: $18.00 per hour | Full Time, Permanent position
Weekend availaibility, flexible shifts
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
